Classes Live on Zoom and On Demand


Live On Zoom

Mondays

  • Zumba & Hoopla 50:50

A 35 minute Zumba class with a Hula Hoop! We waist hoop for one song, then hold the hoop for the next song - brilliant for when you are learning to hoop and dance at once! Weighted fitness hoops or heavier dance hoops are recommended for this class.

Every Monday at 4.30pm (UK time)

A 35 minute Zumba class

Every Monday at 5.30pm (UK Time)

  • Zumba

A 35 minute Zumba class

Every Monday at 6.45pm (UK Time)
 

Tuesdays

  • Zumba & Hoopla 50:50

Fridays

  • Zumba Hoopla Challenge
    A 35 minute Zumba class where we waist hoop for the WHOLE class!! So fun! Don't worry if you are still learning - you can put the hoop down and take a break whenever you like! Every Friday at 11.30am (UK time) 

  • Zumba

A 35 minute Zumba class 

Every Friday at 12.30pm (UK Time)

Each class is £1 and all proceeds go to charity - if you are able to donate more you can choose to 'Send A Gift' when you book your class. Your support is so much appreciated x

Standing Yoga

Need some stretching after all the dancing? Me too! Join me on YouTube for some super relaxing Standing Yoga classes – no mat needed! Perfect for beginners and more experienced yogis, and also perfect when you're on holiday and can't fit a yoga mat into your suitcase!
